Europe was a must at the start of season..but after yesterday i have genuine fears that we could be drawn right into the relagtion battle..could we get relegated is it possible? we have players that would walk into most other teams..is it conceivable that Newcastle could play in the championship?
We lost yesterday toSheff UTD, we couldnt have picked an easier team to play against...
We were dismal...in Europe we are incredibly stubborn..and astute, we can beat teams comfortably..the prem tho is another story!! we need to be in top 6..there is no other alternative..i never wanted Roeder to be Newcastle manager..Martin O'neill was my first choice..if we had gone for him are you sayin he would reject us for Villa, we have the bigger stadium, better fans, more money, european football, this season anyway!!! why o why didnt we get martin eh?

Sven Goran Erikkson? that name frightens me..in charge of the Toon? is that really what we want? but i must say..if Sven agreed to halve his wages..and we had him on a 1 year deal, just to see if he fits..then i wudnt mind! because although he failed with England with the most talented generation of players we have had since 66, he was still more than adequate, he ensured that England defended well, he had agood relationship with players..him and Owen would get on..just maybe give him a chance if we sack Roeder! I MUST REITERATE THOUGH...only on a 1 year test run deal! half his wages!

Praying for better times to come for the Toon.

To be honest mate i can't see anything getting better until that defence is sorted out. I mean when you have Owen, Martins & Ameobi back you should be more than fine for goals but if you don't defend well in this league you will get punished. Newcastle need a whole new defensive back line because as it is your going down.

Freddy Shephard is the reason MON would not come to us we are a bigger club than Villa but with Fredds past record would you want to work under him? I think thats a no. We will never move forward untill a new regime takes over. I just hope we win a cup as I think a relegattion scrap is on the cards I hope I am wrong though.

well, we cant get relegated, we really cant. if we do, we're not going to be a club for much longer.

we have to try and stay up, but also try and get as far as we can in uefa cup, as we are doing so wel in that.

Newcastles main concern is to make sure that when they get to january they have a good chance of staying up fix your defence i.e try for the likes of upson and maybe someone with a bit of expierence as i have said before then you will be fine and try get a decent goalscorer like robbie keane if you want out of this mess you must spend some money
