I'm interested in coaching teams like that. My dad told me to be careful because when the manager quits all the parents look at you for the managerial position.

On your 16th birthday call your local FA and enrol on their FA Level 1 course! When you pass (when not if, its that easy) you will be able to coach. I suspect without your Level 1 you will be ineligible to coach/babysit for Little Kickers anyway! |

Of course, once you've got your Level 1, don't waste it! Get down to your local club and volunteer to help one of the poor Dads who have somehow found themselves with a dozen or so under-8's. They will really appreciate your help!
