Think it would be a good back line if you did get him.

Lauren (when fit again) Toure, Abidal, Gallas.

Abidal would play Left Back. He'd give Clichy good competition, whereas at the moment Clichy is easily first choice when 100%.

He would add strength and depth to our backline - I think it'd be a good signing.

Don't forget about Armand Traoré either. He will be a star!

yes will be but when? hes now 16 or 17 Laughing
now im sure that abidal is not going to join Arsenal

Yes, Abidal is very good, but he is again a foreign player, and this is a problem, as for me.
