Ross County 1-1 Clyde (aet)

Ross County won the Challenge Cup 5-4 on penalties in an exciting game at McDiarmid Park.
Clyde dominated for long spells and Roddy Hunter opened the scoring two minutes before the interval.

The Highlanders hit back with 10 minutes remaining through defender Andy Dowie and the Bully Wee's Eddie Malone was sent off in extra time.

Penalties ensued and Jason Crooks kept his nerve to slot in the winner after Neil McGregor missed for Clyde.

Craig Samson was the hero. He saved 2 penalties.

The Clyde support was an embarrasment. The Ross County support out sang and outnumbered the Clyde fans.

Andy Dowie's goal was an absolute [beep!] dancer, but Shug's cross was an absolute beauty.
