What a great display, the Emirates played host to what surely was Arsenals best performance inside of the new 60,000 seater! Arsenal must now surely be considered real contenders for the premiership. Some would say if you win at Old Trafford and thrash Liverpool 3-0 in the same season you must surely get silverware! I know i would.

You think it was our best performance? I thought it was our easiest contest this season, bar Dinamo in Croatia.

We were miles better against CSKA and even played better football against Everton. We were good today, but I don't think we needed to come out of 2nd gear to win it. Which is even worrying for Liverpool, because they were just as poor against Man United.

But it's a great boost for our team confidence and maybe a warning sign for the Mancs and Chelskis.

I am a Liverpool fan from the bottom of my heart, this defeat isn't going down well at all. Serious questions have to be asked of Rafa at this point. With Momo out it was an ideal oppoturnity ti put Stevie G back in the Middle of the park, but still decided to put Zenden in there instead. I can't take anything away from The Gunners here, a good cool performance and deserved the 3 points. Just from my point of view, letting Toure and Flamini score goals against you, well lets just say u don't see that every weekend! Congrats Arsenal, Rafa need to do some serious thinking!
