I think this current team is the strongest under Benitez so far its just that there under achieving at the minute and the away league form is horrible. Its the best set of Strikers we've had in years all different from each other and now with the added width to the team with Pennant, Gonzalez, Aurelio i think there is amazing service to the box. Then we have 3 of the best midfielders in the league in my opinion in Gerrard, Alonso and Sissoko (who is injured now). Maybe with Sissoko out we can see what Gerrard can do in the centre and hopefully start banging a few away. Its a fact though that Liverpool never start a Premiership season with all guns blazing and are high up the league but then leading upto Christmas put a run together and thats where they catch up to the leaders. We need to be playing good football with are best 11 every week like the top teams do and non of this rotating players business so early in the season when you to be picking up the points. I think this season we will be miles away from Chelsea and Man U can't see us finishing higher than 4th but 3rd place would be a welcome surprise. Don't know why we can beat some of the best teams in Europe and then come and play our bread and butter football the league and lose to what i call the lesser teams or draw with them. The only sides i don't expect to beat is Chelsea, Man U and Arsenal. When i say i don't expect to beat them i'm not saying oh we've lost i just think we are the under dogs in these games against those 3. All the other teams in the league no dis-respect to them we should be beating like the other top 3 do. I mean losing 2-0 away to Bolton for instance and losing 2-0 away to Fulham last season its these teams i'm talking about that we should be beating and it always has frustrated me. If we want to be the Kings of England again we need a consistent 11 at least that has been together a while, Benitez to stay with us and to really attack teams and not sit back on a 1-0 lead. Also the away form must improve because its humiliating at the minute. We've not even scored in open play away from home in the league yet.

i think Liverpool r crap and they need 2 do something with this away form it is the worst away form in the league it is pathetic for a big team like Liverpool they need to start scoring away from home

current Liverpool team may have the most depth we've had in a while but for quality i'm unsure. i would much rather have had Cisse for his pace and goals then Bellamy. i doubt he will ever match the goals Cisse scored for us last season not to mention 3 in cup finals (Super Cup and FA Cup).
Aurelio we really haven't seen much of but so far he's been a dissapointment, pennant doesn't like he wants to play for the team he so called supprts. i never saw the point in bringing in Zenden, Gonzalez is quick but have yet to see him play some actual football.
The plus points are Agger and Paletta, but i think if you give rafa the choice and for what he knows now he would do it all differently in pre season and the transfer market.

Liverpool play psv eindhoven 2night and they win they will win their group cause it is always good 2 win ur group so u don't get a hard team and i think they will win it is their away form that i am worried bout

i think Liverpool better finish 3rd or 2nd as they ned 2 or they will be in trouble by the fans always complaining but they have a right to as if their team does not win it is very disappointing for the fans and the team
