What a great result, dominated, Dyer and Sibirski at their best, clean sheet and a quality goal, what more could you ask for, I will tell you, consistancy, we need to keep winning. A couple of defenders in January and we could end 5th-10th, not bad for a "relagation Battle," I hope.

damn right is shows hope! we are on what should be a morale boosting run for the club.

draws against man city and Arsenal away, win against celta vigo, and a win against Portsmouth.

i think we have some hard matches coming up, so it is vital to take points where and when we can.

i still havnt seen highlites from the Arsenal game, let alone the Portsmouth match Shocked but i hear dyer stole the glory in both games, ans suffered a nasty gash to his leg. touch wood he doesnt get injured again, we NEED him.

Outstanding performance from the whole Newcastle side against Portsmouth. Should have been 4or 5-0 if it weren't for David James.

Dyer was amazing again.

i think with a few more signings in january we can be looking at 5th-8th in the league
