I was a referee, just sneaked into the English league from Wales when FIFA decided referee's in Wales were Welsh not English and I was told to drop back down into the Welsh league.

finished refereeing after 20 years and started coaching, I did play before refereeing, then in 1990 I suffered a massive accident and spent a year in hospital, spent another four years learning to walk. Then when i started coaching again I was asked to attend a refresher course to bring my coaching badges back into force. But the price was way to high. So I took my Class C, and have decided to leave it at this level.
The next level or my class A in wales it goes Leaders grass root, class C then B then A, your A class costs you £7,000 way above what I can pay right now.

So now I go around coaching in schools and disability schools, and hope to start up a disability football football team because we have nothing in my area. But in Wales the funding for this is terrible £500, and when you use the councils indoor pitch it coast £80 a session, so the £500 does not go far.

Anyway new here so had to say hello.
