his signings in january will define how long he is in charge. he wont be allowed to get us relegated thats for sure

i wonder if the management will wait that long i mean they want glory and results and they wont be able to do that sitting in the championship maybe if they get rid of him drop the dead wood and get some one like Big phil or dare i say it Sven??buys a few homegrown players Sven Knowing about the majority of brit based players??hmmmm

i think the key would be a mix of both home grown and a bit of european experience. pardew simply does not have the knowledge of football outside of england. i would say we should employ about 10-15 scouts around europe and the rest of the world picking out rising talent that we can nurture but would also fit into the starting 11 NOW and not in like 6 years.
