what can i say but it was like playing football against a wall.
it was constant pressure on them, they could only hoof it out of the area most of the game and besides the great pepe save they didn't have another decent chance. solid defence i would say rather than poor fulham, we cut their attacks in the midfield and forced them wide or into a pressure ball when they got near our box.
we should have had a penalty when pearce handballed from kuyt's shot, amazingly he was stupid enough to charge down again with both his arms. could have been fulham down to 10.
