I wandered what people's football highlights of 2006 were for me:
Getting to some games England qualifying for the world cup Arsenal getting to the UEFA final Rachel McAthers goal from the half way line in the leeds v Blackburn match Seeing Arsenal at home Meeting the players esp Kelly Smith and Rachel Yankey |

Mine were (might think of more later  ):
1) England getting to the WC 2) Arsenal Ladies getting to the UEFA Cup Final (if they win it smoggie has some things she has to do  )
3) Arsenal Ladies having a great domestic season so far 4) Arsenal signing Karen Carney and Katie Chapman 
5) Winning the Community Shield That's as far as my mind will take me atm |

They will win because UIK have lost their great players - which I didnt know at the time of making that stupid deal
Theres no way to prove that I was wearing a shirt, if I was - so you'll have to take my word for it when the time comes

My highlights of 2006:
May 2006: Arsenal Ladies win The FA Cup (I'm at the game)
August 2006: Arsenal Ladies win the Community Shield (I'm at the game)
August 2006: For the first time in my life I am in Scotland (!!) at the Scotland v Finland friendly September 2006: Once again I have the chance of experiencing a few good games in Sweden (Damallsvenskan & International) (except Djurgarden's which was boring)
September 2006: England qualify to the World Cup
October 2006: Arsenal Ladies qualify to the UEFA Cup semi-final (I'm at the game in Borehamwood)
November 2006: Arsenal Ladies qualify to the UEFA Cup final
December 2006: Kelly Smith becomes the 5th best footballer in the world |

 how did I forget! That was a highlight to I got to watch loads of my fav players Was the first time I had ever been to Scotland too
