It isn't great is it Buckard.

I think he's implying that you should have some ideas already - what have you planned, what are the key factors you have thought of?
Share them with us and we'll help improve them, or give new ideas.
Is it in an SSG or technical practice?

exactly.
It's YOUR assessment and only YOU can pass it.

If you want to post up your ideas im more than willing to go through it but I dont want to be passing other peoples coaching badges for them, i got my own to be working on!

congratulations mate!

Level2 is a pain in the arse to pass at the best of times, you should be very proud of yourself!
Do you have any plans to do UEFA 'B' or anything similar?

cheers

Yeah I'm thinking about doing my Uefa 'B' in about 18 months time once i've got a bit more coaching experience. I'm going to uni in september to do a sports science degree because I think that would really help me with my coaching.

Buckard,

Well donemate!!!

I've done it the other way round to you, went to uni first then half way through my degree started taking coaching badges, in many sports not just football. currently doing my lvl 2 fa badge.

The knowledge you will gain by doing a sports science or related degree will help no end with your coaching, it has done for me!!

Hope all goes well with entry to uni and stuff and good luck mate!

Scottie

I feel i gained very little from my degree, learned so much more from practicing coaching with real people.

A sports degree is still a good aquisition though, where you thinking of studying?
May I reccomend Loughborough University, they had great lecturers when I was there!

Congrats also, seemed you needed no help at all! I began a Sports Science and Coaching degree 4 years ago but found it far too hard, I was never any good at biology anyway. My brother went to Aberystwyth for a year, very, very studenty town that is!

Personally I coach two teams, one Sunday league u14s on a Thursday and obviously matches on Sundays - I also coach y8(u13s) at my school on a Friday, with irregular games.

i have an old flame of mine at uni in Aber-Wrist-Watch!

I did a Sports Development degree, 3 year course from which I graduated a few years back now. Best days of my life, which I was a tax dodger again!
