What a game to start a season ticket. I meen, on the Saterday I travelled 366.6 miles to Liverpool to watch us get stuffed by Everton, and then on the Monday I travel about 5 miles to SJP and we pull a great result out. A great team preformance and a goal from the young lad Edgar.

thankfully we didnt, and earned anm important point. we've not got Man Utd out the way for this season, and didnt get bummed both times Laughing

Magnificent performance from the lads. I wasn't expecting much from the game as Man Utd have been playing great recently. 2-2 was great for both sets of fans. A highly entertaining game from a neutral perspective too. All the goals were outstanding. Nice to see no goals being scored from inside the box which show that the 2 sides defended well.

Under the circumstances it was a great performance and we got what we deserved a point. Man United got what they deserved cause they were so arrogant/cocky at 2-1 instead of really going for the kill and trying to get that 3rd goal that would have finished us off they were more content to just keep the ball and contain Newcastle and then when we got the equaliser they went for the juglear but by then it was to little to late 2 great goals yes Edgars goal took a slight defelcetion but so did scholes 2nd. Milner struck a beauty. Its just a shame at 1-1 Sibirski missed a sitter had he scored right on half time I honestly believe that would have been the catalyst to a toon victory andyway a points better than nothing and great performances by Sibi (worked tirelessly and he got no decisions off the referee) also Milner Huntington Noby Edgar and Taylor and Given. Welll done lads hopefully its the start of a magnificent year for Newcastle

2-2, and I was very happy.
