PSV give up on Luque |
|
PSV Eindhoven appear to have conceded defeat in their bid to land Newcastle forward Albert Luque.
Spanish striker Luque would appear to be surplus to requirements on Tyneside and PSV came forward with a loan proposal last week. The two parties had been talking for the last few days, but they could not reach agreement over the payment of Luque's wages. PSV boss Ronald Koeman said he wanted a quick conclusion to the deal and it would appear as if the Dutch champions will now pursue other options in the market. "In principle, we can forget that," PSV technical director Stan Valckx told De Telegraaf about the possibility of signing Luque damn.. |

Yeah you do need to get rid of that guy, £10m worth of injuries and no goals, reminds me of Diouf when we got him. We turned down Anelka
