Any evidence? No news about it on Spurs website or on Sky Sports website.

Yes Darren, we know that, that is what this thread is about.

What we are wondering and what hasnt been released yet is if Spurs will get a bye into the next round or if we will have to play someone else.

That decision is still taking place and will be announced friday.

[beep!] it, i allready bought my ticket, WE GOT KICKED OUT!

Think of all the Spurs fans that have booked flights, ferries, hotels etc and got time off work from the boss.

Mont - I see what you mean mate, it does feel like a cheap way to get through but in my mind I agree with you that we would have beaten Feyenoord anyway so this way we cut two fixtures from our schedule and are in the next round.

Its not ideal, id rather watch us play football than stay at home doing nothing but theres nothing we can do about it now.

Yes also Feyenoord fans booked to london so i dont see the differences! Me included, ffs. I really hate the UEFA at the moment, one stupid man from Austria blew it up for all off us. And Tottenham wont gain gate-receipts now worth 1/2 million euros (same for Feyenoord) so they are in disadvantage indeed.

Spurs get bye to Uefa Cup last 16

The bye has now been confirmed, heres the latest

Tottenham have been given a bye into the last 16 of the Uefa Cup, subject to a possible appeal from scheduled opponents Feyenoord.
The Dutch club were kicked out following crowd trouble earlier in the season against French side Nancy.

Feyenoord may consider an appeal against Uefa's decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Spurs will now go straight through to the next round where they will play either Braga or Parma.

How lucky.

Lucky that you remain in one competition for a little while more. Smile

Save it for someone who cares J Axe, what interest have you in this thread anyway?

A stroke of luck for Spurs, cuts two tough fixtures out of our hectic schedule. Im happy about that.

Guys guys, the ticket selling has been continued by today for Feyenoord, the appeal has been sent to the UEFA, so don't think you already made it to the next round yet!! If the CAS sees is as an emergencycase then it can be done in 10 days so before the clash between Feyenoord and Tottenham!

well to me it would seem an emergency case as the appeal is useless unless it is heard before the tie is due to be played .
