A great start to the season for Portsmouth and with Campbell James Johnson Kanu and Thompson joining this has undobutedally added class to your side a great 3-0 win over Rovers and I eally enjoyed watching it on MOTD it could easily have been 6. If you sign 4 more players like Harr is talking about and a 20 goal a season striker then do you Pompey fans think taht top 6 is realistic its ben some transformation and Harry and the players and the board and the fans deserve a hell of a lot of credit good luck and keep it up. Yous are certainly entertaining.

if we wanna make europe 'Arry needs 2 buy a decent left sided defender and a decent striker that aint afaraid 2 take on defenders that's all we need then we'll be givin the likes ov Barcelona, Real Madrid and AC Milan a gud old thrashin.

Pompey...their luck will not last long, I'm sure of that.

And for one thing - Spurs WILL finish above them this season.

IMO Pompey will finish above Spurs next season because they actually have a central midfield (Muntari and Gary O'Neil)

With Nugent and the other striker they signed they have even more depth in their squad. The question Spurs fans should be asking themselves is how many seasons can you go on finishing 5th without a decent central midfield. I think Spurs luck might finally run out next season unless they manage to bring in someone like diop, Sissoko (loan) or Kevin-Prince Boateng.

When comparing a team like pompey with Spurs then you should compare the managers. In that department pompey win because jol isnt as good as harry redknapp. Next season redknapp will have a squad just as capable as Spurs and it will be interesting to see what happens when the 2 teams face eacother.

When you compare the teams then quite a few pompey players are good enough to play for Spurs. David James, Sol Campbell, Distin (as a left back), Muntari, Matt Taylor, Gary O'Neil and even Lua Lua (as a winger) would IMO walk into the Spurs team.
