Tarpley - midfield or forward? I personally like her creating in midfield. (Mr Ryan read this)

Yep agree Aly is the one for creating but neither of us have put Tarps as a starter, so I think bringing her into the game later into midfield would be useful, maybe for Ozzy or perhaphs Aly, plus she gets forward well, she would bring alot as a sub. Am not complaining about her as a forward, dont get me wrong, but I like her in more of a creating role.

Gotta ask ya about Lloyd, what ya think? I like her; shes got a great strike on her, free-kicks she's not afraid to have a go!

There's just too many players to fit into this team!

As she's matured as a player I've grown to like her. She does have a good strike and eye for goal. Can't see her starting not with Boxxy back. Another good one to bring off the bench. Like you say too many good player's in this team.

Yea like I said I struggled with finding 21 players for England.
England can't afford to lose any players, rely on the same players time and again, hope they stay healthy cos the fringe players are nothing to write home about.

They might have a chance for 2011 as some players will improve.

England squad is named on the 8th.
For me there are 20 players that more or less certainties.

A team

Brown
Scott White Phillip Unitt
Chapman Williams
Carney Smith Yankey
Aluko

Subs

Chamberlain Telford
Houghton Stoney
Asante Exley
Sanderson Handley

I just struggle to find the 21st player , to be honest it should be someone who can play on the wing either in defence or in midfield or even maybe as a forward. Is there one player so versatile ?

I think Sue would do a decent job in several positions-not as a first choice in any but an experienced stand in as a striker, a wing player , centre midfield or even an emergency full back- plus a good person to be part of a squad for her experience and personality. For me she is a perfect squad member
