But I strongly suggest you read through all the old posts that this "coaching" company has written over the past 12months! The responses don't seem quite as optimistic as you would hope, maybe, just maybe, they know something you don't! |

chris whats your problem? yes we coach pre-school children but so what, is there a minimum age when you can learn football skills?
if you can walk, you can kick a ball. you applied for this job previously and obviously felt it was too difficult for you to do. so there's really no need to respond to my posts. |

Dont know the previous with Chris but I do know this...coaching 2-5 year olds is a creche, full stop. No way you will teach the vast majority anything worthwhile football wise, and I truly believe you should be focusing on general motor skills at that age eg throwing, catching, hitting, balance, running, movement, hand eye co-ordination.
Yes I have been there and done it, with a company called Enjoyaball. Yes I have looked after 3-6 year olds for 4 hours during a 5 day half term. Yes I earned £10/12 per hour for doing so. But I knewit was a creche, not skills development. |

If you actually came on this board for reasons other than just the free advertising, you would know quite clearly that I'm currently working as a full-time coach and that I am absurdly over-qualified for this position! I got a coachnig plan for your first day at work;
15mins stopping the kids crying because they miss their parents 15mins mud throwing 15mins playing with the cones you laid down 15mins running with the ball (probably in their hands) END OF SESSION 15mins waiting for parents to collect kids from babysitter, i mean coach! No but seriously, Just listen to what people are telling you all, Ian and I are speaking from experience and are not on here just to have a go at you or wind you up! By all means if you need the cash then do it but it will not enhance a coaching CV one bit, it will not be looked upon favourably by potential employers in the future and will not help you learn how to coach in any shape or form! Please just do some research on the subject before you agree to anything, we're only trying to help! |

Well done icuk, you are no fool, in fact I must say you are very creative! You clearly must have a lot of spare time on your hands to completely invent job applications. Maybe you should concentrate on the genuine applications a little more and then you wouldn't be spamming this 'coaching' forum prying on 16 year old boys to come work for your creche!
