Along the lines of the stamina thread, i've been out of football for around 2 & half years now due to various injuries & as you can imagine have no fitness left at all, i've tried gyms etc but it just to much with my low fitness levels, i can manage about 15mins on an exercise bike on a low level, i now weigh 15 stone but luckly don't look fat & i eat healthly, do you have ideas for someone as out of shape as me

key word - progression. start at what you can manage. then eventually the pounds will start to shed. then as you gradually get fitter exercise for longer and harder.

Also try to do like jogging in the park as well rather than inside to alleviate the pressure on the legs.
