Pierre Van Hooijdonk is going to be having a seven game guest stint this season with the perth glory. For you who don't know him he scored the winning goal for Feyenorrd in 2002 Uefa Cup Final with a screamer of a free kick. At 38 is he a good get for the glory or not who really lacked striking power last season.

Terrific in his prime but he really had a reputation for being difficult - feels a bit like a paid holiday. But it'll still be good to see what he can do.
