Free translation from the Swedish FA, they usually isn't fairly obejtive even if that may be hard to belive reading this
http://www.svenskfotboll.se/t2.aspx?p=152141&x=1&a=903992 Fischer scores the winning goal Sweden outplayed Scotland but had to wait long for the winning goal from Nilla Fischers. - This was really, really good, was the opinion of a very satisfied Swedish coach after the game. Thomas Dennerby could be satisfied with almost everything, with the possible exception of the sharpness in the finishing. This was a game where Sweden was technically superior. It also became a game of almost British character, intense, high tempo and tough fights women to women. Considering to the time of the year and the hard training program Sweden have been in it was an impressive effort. Scotland closed up but both the Swedish attack had both good speed and creativity. - In the second half I think they where on our half of the field three times so there where not much space for us. The game reminds of the one the one against the Czech last fall with the difference that we got two early goals in that one. There where many good players in the Swedish team and one of the best also got to decide the game. Nilla Fischer’s winning goal arrived whit only a quarter left. In the second half Carola Söberg made her debut in the WNT goal. That was as you may have understood a rather comfortable introduction with not to much to do. However the things needed to be done Carola did nice and cool. Sofia Lundgren who guarded the goal in the first half had to do one qualified save - on Julie Fleetings header. Thomas Dennerby has driven the girls hard the last week. The way the team have stood up it is impressive. On the day of the game the Swedish WNT did a training pass before lunch! - They are very durable and have shown a fantastic attitude in regards to the training. The victory against Scotland will be celebrated by the Swedish girls with one extra round of strength training on Sunday morning. They are returning home to Sweden at three on Sunday. 17 February 15.00 Amochostos Stadion, Larnaca Sverige-Scotland 1-0 (0-0) 1-0 (79) Nilla Fischer Sweden: 12 Sofia Lundgren (21 Carola Söberg 46) - 19 Anna Paulsson, 4 Hanna Marklund (2 Karolina Westberg 46), 3 Stina Segerström, 7 Caroline Näfver - 16 Salina Olsson (5 Caroline Seger 77), 11 Victoria Svensson [K] (15 Therese Sjögran 69), 18 Nilla Fischer - 14 Josefine Öqvist (17 Frida Nordin 46), 9 Therese Lundin (10 Maria Aronsson 69), 13 Lotta Schelin. Subs not used: 1 Caroline Jönsson - 6 Sara Thunebro, 8 Frida Östberg, 20 Maria Karlsson. |

Hey that's not bad of a score for Scotland, I expected at least 3-0 for the Swedes
I guess Sweden didn't bother to play their 5th gear. |

Thanks for the write up janbalk, much apreciated
Have to say I expected more form the Swedes, scoreline wise, but I didn't like the look of the midfield from the beging, actually don't mind Nilla or Salina but didn't expect to see Svensson in there Nice result for Scotland though |

I've seen it before and cringed...one because I ahve no clue what they're saying and two...well they're not exactly ABBA
I can actually imagine the current lot singing, I'm sure Frida would be the first one up there! |

Who cares if they're not exactly Abba
I think the idea is great. On the other hand I remember Malmo FF song from 2-3 years ago and that was a disaster |

Who is that?
and not because they are injured or something Good to see Aronsson have a run but why so late? |

You like Seger - don't lie!
As AW pointed out Sweden went with an attacking 4-3-3 yet only managed one goal in 90 mins (Nilla's was in injury time 94) not that great, some report says they didn't create much either. But a win is a win. Mr D is sorted for defenders (think Sara was injured though) which is a good problem to have! |

Goal scorers: Caroline Seger & Nilla Fischer Goals: Frida Ostberg took a loooooooong free kick towards the back post where Stina and Seger were waiting, Seger got her head on it and lobbed the keeper. Vickan did some nice work down the left flank, got her cross into the pen area where Nilla got ahead of her defender and headed it down low to the keeers right. Both nice goals - Sweden are stong in the air. |
