Judging by most peoples posts, i think its safe to say that the common opinion is that glenn roeder is not the man to take the club forward.
as some of you have already said, if he is to be replaced it should be as soon as the season ends so that the new man has time to buy/sell/and build his team so that we may actually live up to our expectations next term.
if i have left anyone out or you have a suggestion please post.

im not sure about foreign managers such as klinsman, sven and vogts. they only seem to do well in the prem if they are at a rich club. however i would love mourinho, but its highly unlikely at our position.
