So, Arsenal ladies are pretty good, so i here, not really watched many games. Saw a bit of yesterdays game.

But where do you ladies realisticly reckon Arsenal Ladies FC would be placed if they were to join the mens league? As in what league would they compete well in?

I was gonna put them in the conference but being realistic I think I'd go for non league , their technique is better than some of the guys down there.

Basically, they would be not better than Ryman league because they cannot compete physically with the the men. They woudl also loose 50/50 challenges hearder etc..
technically wise, they would be Championship level.

thats quite a leap from non-league footy as smithy posted to Championship football. One of you surely must be wrong.

On pure football term there are at Championship level. If you play a real game I am sure Arsenal U19 team would hammer them due to the physical factor.

Two main factors to consider
1) Skill and talent
2) Physique

So if you take them in turn you'll get different answers.
Physically women cannot compete - some 16 year old lads are huge, lol, so they'd easily push a 5'5" lass around in a match.
Skill is a different matter..

Togther you can't really analyse them both, separatly you can - therefore you'll never get a definitive answer Ben Wink

From what i have seen of the Arsenal Ladies this season the level of pace, speed and skill of particular players could see them feature at a relatively high stage but as has already been said due to the physical factors they would not take place inside league football. While they are obviously fine athletes i thought watching the Cup final thought that the likes of Yankey and Smith were very slender.
