Get rid of Roeder, another abysmal performance!

Is it me or does anyone else think Glenn Roeder has not got a clue tactically!
Last night was an absolute nightmare! what was he thinking!!!!!!
Lets start with the formation, he played a diamond, Milner, Emre, Sibierski, Dyer!
Now where is the sense in playing that? neither on of those players is capable of acting as a anchorman! he started with Emre in that role, he cannot tackle! he is a creator not a stopper!...and then when Emre got injured he moved Dyer into that role! Kieron Dyer played a part of the game as anchorman! what on earth!
Because we were playing so narrow it enabled Reading to annihilate us on the wings, which they did so emphatically! Steve Carr was having to cover so much grass, as we had no left sider winger!..and hes right footed! If both Nicky Butt and Scott Parker are injured then don't just throw someone in for the sake of making up the numbers!
Find someone for that role!

Another thing, why loan a player if you are gonna use him sparingly? from what I have seen of Oguchi Onyewu he is a far better defender than Bramble! he links well with Taylor! Bramble had an absolute shocker last night! He is diabolical! he's had enough chances to prove he is worthy of a new deal! which runs out in the summer, he has to go, just his presence causes uneasiness in the back four!
I don't think Glenn has any backbone, he was concentrating on cramming Michael Owen, Obafemi Martins and Antoine Sibierski into his team, it ruined the shape. From the start he should have played..
Harper, Carr, Solano, Onyewu,Taylor...and a flat four in the midfield, no diamond! we needed to utilise the wingers! but because we were so narrow we did not!

What we were crying out for last night was not only 3 new defenders and a new manager, but also a holding midfield player! we had so many attack minded players, and becus there was no cohesion, our passing and general play was abysmal!
he should have dipped into the academy and pulled out a holding midfield player, and test him out!

People might say, why are you moaning? it was a nothing game...
need i remind anyone that each place is worth Ł500,000. and if we're gonna perform that bad like last night, whats saying we wont next season!

Conclusion...Glenn has to go, I'd rather not have big sam, but he would not be too bad! new defenders please!
