Roeder has gone, he has resigned and Nigel Pearson will assume temporary control!
It was the right call by Shepherd!

Lets not just jump into a decision, wait a while, Allardyce is the easy option..but not my cup of tea!

Freddy should scour Spain and pull someone like Rafa Benitez out of the hat, the spanish managers are great technically and thats what we need, cohesion and Tactics installed into the team.
The fans want a manager who will entertain, sadly thats not Big Sam!

Don't know who we will get. Sam might be the man he might not. Not sure if he can turn the club into the magic that it used to be to be honest.

If he becomes our next manager, I think he could well be out of a job in a years time if we don't get into Europe and that means top 6, 7th at the least.

Monty i agree with the fact that if we dont get into the top 6 then FFS is just going to sack him, but what i dont agree with is FFS sacking him! look at Arsenal and Manchester United... look at where they end up every season... thats becuase they have had thier managers sooo long, thats why we need to keep our next manager for as long as possible, even if the first few years we finish mid table!!!

if anyone is to get the sack it should be FFS!

By whom? Laughing

When Fans say sack the board. To the Board it means they need to sack the manager. Fans will have to learn that.

That isn't the reason why they are where they are. If it were that simple then everyone would just keep their managers for a long time. Trouble is when managers perform badly then it is time to go. 1 win in 10 and no goals at home in 5 games.
