Michael Owen says that he would be open to a return to Liverpool.
The star striker has not been given the amount of first team opertunitites as he would like this season with Ronaldo and Raśl keeping him out of the side most weeks. He has been on great scoring form but coach Luxemburgo seems to prefer the striker duo of Raśl and Ronaldo ahead of the England striker. Owen left Anfield last summer, it was one of the first deals dfone by new coach Benitez, but Owen would still consider going back to Anfield if things dont pan out in the way he desires.

Hes a cracking player, and I'd love to see him and Cisse as a strike partenership personally. I think Benitez should regret letting him go the goals hes been scoring has been great. I really hope he does decide to return to English football. Look what happend to Beckham after he went abroad, I dont want Owen to get unfit and lose confidence bring him back someone.

Owen will be back in Merseyside but not for a while yet!
I also think him and Cisse would make a great partnership |

Yeah, Real need a DMC and DC though, not another striker!

Gravesen has been great in the DMC role so they dont need another player in that position and beckham is better than figo by miles.
They do need strengthning though and a complete defense make-over. |
