I'm surprised he knows what the word b******s means, or was it translated? Wink

What's Italian for b******s?

How do you tend to agree? were you standing outside the changing rooms at half-time in the Atatürk Stadium?

Gerrard's story was totall bollox (in my opinion). I don't believe for one second that the Italians were singing and dancing at half time, no way. I've never even seen it in sunday league so it's virtually impossible for professionals playing in the biggest match of the season acting like that, especially with a world class manager about. And I don't believe the bit about Gattuso smriking as he walked off.

It's all pure fiction to help Gerrard sell his book and make him out to be a hero. The reality is that Milan tossed away their lead and Liverpool held on to get to the penalty shootout, and won that. not any of this hero and villain nonsense.

At the end of the day none of you can say anything cos you were NOT there. Therfore only the AC Milan and Liverpool players will no fully if they were or not.

Why would gerrard make it up? If you say to sell his book, i doubt him saying that would have got him any extra copies sold.

I can say what I like, sunshine, and do you know why? Because it is my opinion. Just like I said in my post above, read carefully Cool

Of course it's to sell his book. Papers serialise books, and comments like that will only add fuel to the fire and make people more interested in buying the book. It's marketing.

i saw you wrote it was your opinion, but i was not just aiming what i said towards you, it was towards anyone. At the end of the day, you know fcuk all about what happened, like all of us on here, so how can you even have an opinion on it? I would love to say it did happen to back Gerrard up, but i cant, you know why? cos i was not there! You dont know what was said, what went on in that tunnel. Your just saying that cos you dont like him. For all you know they did behave like that.

And i know what marketing is, i have studied it. His book would have sold as many whether he included those comments or not.

'Cazzate' or 'stronzate'

Anyway I don't know what happened of course but I wouldn't exclude the possibility they're were celebrating at half time. Milan are probably the haughtiest and arrogant club in world foobtall..

It's not only about the way they play but also and especially about players, executives and supporters behaviour

Just because we don't see events, does that mean we cannot voice an opinion on it? Are we not allowed to talk about history because we wasn't there?

ADMIN, CAN WE PLEASE CLOSE THIS FORUM DOWN BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCUSS THINGS UNLESS WE WERE THERE. THANKYOU.

I think he did bullsh*t in his book. It's not the first time he's talking sh!t is it?
Oh, you want me to remind you again? Watch that diving video and read his comments on cheats Laughing

blimey blimey blimey, your being pathetic. How old are you? i thought better of you that that.

Of course you can have an opinion on things, your being childish, but how can you in this instance? You were not at the Champions League final, yet you witnessed it, so can have an opinion. You were not around during the war, but of course you can have an opinion on it, as you know information about it.

Here you have 1 person's word Vs another. Its like me asking you to tell me who was lying out of two girls i know at work when they were talking today. But you wouldnt be able to, because you have no idea cos you were not there, so how can you have an opinion on it?

you have no info on the matter and neither do any of us, so your opinion, like everyones, means nothing in this instance.

I can have an opinion on anything, regardless on how much information is supplied.

So what if it is one person's view against another? It's all about how you pereive people's characters. Michael Jackson's word or Jordi Chandler's word in the child molestion cases? I reckon that Jacko was innocent. Everyone had an opinion on that even though (just like this) it is one person's view against another's. No one knows, but just because we don't know, we can all form an opinion, and express it can't we?

I do have info on the matter. What Gerrard alleges was said and what the Milan camp say about it. I don't believe Gerrard. Motive? The book and creating this hero legend. Credibility? Well, we know that Gerrard isn't a totally honest guy (judging by his antics on the pitch and his preaching off it) so based on that, I reckon he is lying. I might be proved wrong, if ever a video or audio came out hearing the Milan players singing and dancing at half time, but for now, I don't believe his story.

fair enough, then i will just state my opinion then. Milan were celebrating at half time, and Gerrard is telling the truth. You know why i think that? Because (as gobati said) they are a very arrogant club, with arrogant players. Milan are not totally honest now are they? match fixing. Based on that, i reckon Milan are lying cos they dont want people to think they look stupid, when they quite clearly did!

Plus, he doesnt need to make that up just to become a legend, he already is!
