i couldnt believe what i saw in the papers and on the internet this weekend! . hand of god? again? once is bad enough. but for it to happen again in this day and age, and for it to count is just shocking. its a good job espanyol are only a mid table team, with nothing else to play for this season.

as for the title race, it could be the most exciting climax to a season in europe this season. only head-to-head separating them with one match to go, can only mean a hugely exciting end to la liga.

Yep.

It's the goal average between them.

In Madrid: Real 2-0 Barcelona

In Barcelona: Barcelona 3-3 Real

no thats not on. you cant bribe a team to help you win the league. if thats the case then barca are obviously worried that they're not going to win the league.

The problem of Barça is that still that beat Nastic de Tarragona if Madrid win then Madrid win the league. They will give money to Mallorca because they depend on their result to win the league.

Isn't legal but it happens in all the last games every season when there isn't still a winner. For example, Espanyol players earned money of Madrid after drawing against Barça. And I suppose that Zaragoza players earned money from Barça to draw against Madrid too. In the relegation zone it happens too.

this business about paying teams te help them win the league/stay up isnt right at all imo. ok, the best they can do themselves is win, and hope results go their way, but if they cant do it on their own then paying another team isnt right at all.

Yeah sure. Madrid just depended on theirselves. They thought they were going to win Zaragoza so they didn't need to bribe anyone.

i really don't understand why people dislike capello just because he left their team. they should be honoured that their club had capello in charge. think of all the other teams that would love capello to take charge but will never get him.

capello is in my opinion the best manager in the world, and has been for many years. it's one thing to win trophies at one team, but to constantly move to different teams and even different leagues and still win trophies without a long wait is amazing. the guy is simply amazing. everything about him (other than the thick glasses) is simply amazing.

he's now been at madrid for two seasons and has won the league twice. one of which was 10 years ago, so not only has he taken on what has been the hardest job in management over the last few seasons and succeeded, he also won the league with my real madrid in his first season all those years ago. to win again after so long with all the problems at real madrid is simply stunning.

i wish the guy the best of luck wherever he goes. i'm not going to dislike him if he doesn't manage madrid next season, i have too much respect for him.

does anyone think he'll follow lippi and try to win a world cup? that would surely cement his position as the greatest manager ever.

you remember me the juventus fans before the moggi scandal.. nobody sees anything or anyone, they didnt want to believe
I think La liga needs to be washed with a good real madrid's penalization, but I think it will never happen because merengues are too much important
