With Roy and Big Niall at the helm I'm predicting a top 10, maybe even a European place, and I'm not a Sunderland fan!

Anyone know who are guaranteed a starting place (and mostly 90-minute games) in this season's squad?

Russell Anderson, definitely, Anthony Stokes and Greg Halford probably.
