Scotland (1)-(1) U.S.A. |
|
I saw the game today and wasn't overly impressed by either team to be honest, it was played like a friendly with no real competitive edge to the encounter. Im sure both teams will be fairly happy with a score draw.

(I already posted under Internationals), but I said the U.S. will be pleased since only 4 of the players that played are starters on the U.S. side, thus it gave us a chance to see younger players under conditions that they are used to.
I do wonder why the ball wasn't given to Garry O'Connor more, I was impressed by his play.... Where were all the people? |

We really missed Kenny Miller pace upfront, O'Conner is more of a target man too feed off of.
Yea i know wasn't a very impressive crowd today at Hampden! I can't fault the tartan army though, because although the capacity wasn't huge it still had a good atmosphere in the stadium. All i can say is that i am pleased we got a positive result against a team that is ranked 55 places above us. |
