I think it is the team of the future with so many England youth players and also former Arsenal academy players :
Collie, Perry, Susi, White. At the moment it is a good counter attacking team, all they need is more maturity is the possesion game and next season , they will be a force to be reckoned with. |

Chelsea have made good progress this season. They survived the playoffs in 2005-6 after winning just one home game all season. They were lucky to pick up players from the collapse of Fulham Ladies F C and made a great start this time. I agree that they have good players - to your list I would add my favourites Kyp Loizou and Kylie Davies . Having said that, they have disappointed me in the last 4 games I have seen, at home to Blackburn, Sunderland, Arsenal and Everton were they picked up 1 point out of 12. What is also good is that their U-16 ACADEMY won their league so lots of promise for the future. They will surely be a force in the league and cups for a while with the backing f the mens club

Absolutely, against both Sunderland and Blackburn they ran out of ideas against limited opposition and could not break down an the defense with a killer pass. With the pace of their forwards they need to draw the away team out of defence. A player like Fara Williams would be the ideal or , more realistically, a fringe player at Arsenal or Charlton with those qualities...

I keep thinking what an ecellent addition Aluko is to the side for them. She ought to do very well with her pace and strength at Chelsea. I'm sure the likes of Arsenal and Everton must have had some interest in her surely?
A player of her caliber in my view deserves to be competing at the very top level. |

I am not sure Arsenal was interested in her as when we recruited Chapman, Vic Akers said that the only Charlton players he would have taken was Katie. Also she does not really fit with the Arsenal way of playing while she is perfect for the counter attacking style develloped at Chelsea and Charlton before. |

I'm sure she'll be a good addition to the growing-strong Chelsea FC though,
who might become our biggest rivals in no time |

Thats fair enough. At this stage i trust your judgment regarding top flight womens football completely.
Maybe i am over hyping her a little, it's just on the occasions i have seen her play she has impressed me greatly. |

She can blow hot and cold, was quite impressive at the Euro 2005,
and she's a good and fast finisher, but sometimes she could try a bit harder imo |

For me she is too much a direct player and does not enough strings to her bow.

i don't understand why people don't rate eni, she's obviously the fastest forward in the league, skillful and what's wrong with being direct. In my opinion she's better than Julie who when I watched the UEFA final clearly lacked pace.

What a forward is doing on the pitch, depends a lot on the service she gets.
There are forwards out there who try to create something themselves when the service is not so good though, or when they've got other great strikers in the team who try and score themselves. That is Julie Fleeting - you can tell by watching her when she plays for Scotland: she's a forward, winger, midfielder and defender there, when needed. Other forwards just wait near the box for the ball to be passed at their feet - what's the use of being fast when it's all you got? Eni was a really promising young player when I saw her at the Euro 2005. She's been nothing like that ever since though. That's just my opinion, feel free to disagree |

Obviously Julie is slower than Eni but she has a higher rate of conversion for shot/goals and is a more complete player. Pace is very important in today's football I agree, but Eni offers a lot less tactical options than Julie. |

do you think if Juilie was in the US team she would do all that. With all respect to Scotland, Julie is there best player so she has to do everything. I'm sure if Eni were up against the Arsenal defence she would give them a harder time than Julie, but fair enough Juilie is still a great player, but what sickens me is when people say Natasha Dowie is better than Eni now that is just a joke, the girl is just a boxer on the pitch hence not many teams wanting to sign her |

From my point of view all she has is speed - take that away and what have you got? Not much. Fleets' goals to cap ratio for her National Team speaks volumes - she does what is expected of her: score goals I just don't see Eni doing that consistantly at the highest level. |

i'm glad im not the only one that doesn't rate eni and how can you compare eni to fleets 2 completely different players what fleets lacks in pace she more than makes up for in talent and goal totals where as eni has erm pace yeah but not much else i agree with agent smith she was promising in euro 2005 but hasn't really delivered she needs to learn that you sometimes need to make the goals yourself and not rely on your midfielder but all that said i think she will do well for Chelsea but to the whole fleets Vs Aluko thing lets just see who ends up scoring the more goals this season hey

They're both strikers, but that's where the similarities end.

Do you mean she is just there to fight the opposition or she is barking like a dog I think Dowie is a more intelligent player. |
