Sam Allardyce is calling on his Bolton team to round off a splendid season with a five-star show at the Reebok Stadium against Everton on Sunday.
The Merseysiders are already assured of fourth spot and a place in the UEFA Champions League, no matter what. Allardyce is anxious to grab the next place - and nearly £9million in Barclays Premiership prize money - by overtaking Liverpool, who entertain Aston Villa. "[forum=13]European football[/forum is confirmed but my final objective is to finish in fifth spot, " he told the Manchester Evening News. "That would top off our best finish to a season in more than 46 years. "The atmosphere at the Reebok has been fantastic all season and I want us to cap things off in style with a win against Everton. "Hopefully, everybody will be wearing the new home shirt and will bring their flags, banners and scarves. It promises to be a carnival atmosphere." |

I think Everton and Moyes will be just as pumped up for this match also, coming off tha back of a hammering they will want to restore some pride. Its a great mentality though, and I admire Allardyce for saying it. Some managers take their foot off the gas - but its in his blood to give 100% in every game, and this rubs off on the players. Well done!
