Genoa-Milan and Inter-Udinese are surely 2 good matches.

Juventus start with Livorno, a decent team who lost a good footballer but a shitty man, Lucarelli.

Ps : Just a little "correction", In Italy the word derby is used only exclusively to descrive matches between clubs of the same city Wink

Well there's also the "Derby d'Italia" Juve-Inter

Anyway not an easy start for Roma.

Unluckily that "Derby" doesn't exist anymore due to the fact that it was called that way just because they were the only 2 teams which have never been relegated.

Yeah now the derby d'Italia could be Roma-Inter the two big that have stayed in Serie A without relegations for most time Rolling Eyes

Grygera injured wont be able to debut against Livorno. Chiellini will most likely form pair with Andrade in center defense

Opening match just ended
Lazio 2-2 Torino
Pandev and Rocchi (L); Rosina and Vailatti (T)

good match, Toro scored first and started defending against a gd Lazio side. some beautiful moves by the home team, had a goal correctly disallowed (offside) but didnt give up and made the turnover 2-1, second goal with a great move by Rocchi. Toro find their equalising just after. hope the goals and matches like this keep coming the whole season

Juve 5-1 Livorno

hat-trick by Trezeguet, double by Iaquinta, Livorno scored with Loviso in the last minute

Livorno defended quite well until the second goal by Juve on a penalty (maybe a bit generous). Then Juve made all they wanted. Attacking Juve is undoubtly a great force but when they'll play against some stronger side I've the impression they can have some difficulty defensively.

Anyway congrats to them great come back to 'A' football

awesome 1st round, this is really a promising season. Holders Inter had serious problems with Udinese, who ended stealing a draw in San Siro, showing that wont be easy grab the tittle. Juve is in the LEAD
evening match, Roma debuts away against Palermo

Beautiful goal by Rosina yesterday and Montolivo today. Nice also Montella's goal.

Surprising result from Milan I thought they'd have had some more trouble with Genoa

Awesome Roma , awesome Aquilani almost perfect. Hope they'll keep up like this not conceding anything to Palermo cause I've seen a Miccoli ready to score.

Palermo 0-2 Roma
Mexes, Aquilani

Better Roma in the first half nice come back by Palermo in the second maybe they'd deserved a goal but we defended well apart rare occasions.

Great result by Roma against a very good opponent. I think won't be easy for anyone to play in Palermo this season
