Lol. Thanks, Gerrard is God. Seriously, I think the way our two clubs get along is a real tribute to the city of Liverpool and I thank you for your warm wishes.
I remember once in the newsagents in Garston I worked in, an old man came in. We got talking football and I was rabbiting about Everton and how I hoped they could start to turn the corner and get back to the glory years. He agreed with me wholeheartedly so I smiled and said, 'Are you an Evertonian then?' He looked at me with a slight twinkle in the eyes under his dusty flat cap.
"I support them both really," he said. In that instant, I think I knew just how brilliant Liverpool is as a city and how much our football enhances it.
I sincerely wish Liverpool FC all the best in the new season. I want them to finish 2nd in the leaue and to win the Champions League. Once again, Gerrard is God, you are a gentleman.

Hang on, I'll stop laughing in a minute......

I didn't go to Villa Park my old friend, work commitments you see, so Im sad to say your attempt at sarcasm has failed.

I must apologise that by earning a wage I've ruined your rather lame attempt at wit.

Have a nice day.

How can what be exactly?

Yes, I didnt go to the match as I've already stated I had work commitments. Do I have to say that all again in my next post or are you going to actually "get it" this time?

Oh right, Im guessing you're saying that because I didnt go to the Villa game I dont go to the match period? Rolling Eyes

Sheesh, if that makes you happy boy, continue to go with it Rolling Eyes
