Why accept it when the guy says he has a letter from the club stating that if a 6.8 Mill bid comes in, he can leave?

If this is true then he has every right to join us.

Newcastle accepted it, he is under contract, little messages on post it notes mean nothing. You should also have advised the daft Argie to keep quiet, he is mouthing off in the papers today saying the deal with Pool is all done, you havent had permission to talk to him so its an illegal approach, something we have suspected all along and now the stupid clown has confirmed for us

Yeah thats why SAF said the other week they had got the lawyers looking into it. Face facts, your bid was turned down and in usual Liverpool fashion you just ignored the rules and went ahead and spoke to his agent, just like you did with Ziege
