Nice tribute from the club and both sets of supporters ..... even a " one Rhys Jones" chant from the Gwladys Street .

My wife works with his Auntie .

He was playing in a park with his mates , just round the corner from his home . The pub car park where he was shot , is a short cut to his house .

A neighbour saw the whole thing and ran to get his mum . She held Rhys until the ambulance got there .

Words cannot describe the sad , pointless , tragedy of it all .

I have a son whos the same age, his parents must be heartbroken...


Lets hope they catch the scum that did this.

The Liverpool tribute was good.

Shocking event. Sad to hear about and absolutely baffling to try to understand why some kid would shoot an 11yr old kid in broad daylight.

Good to see Rafa Benítez giving big gay hugs to his family. Impressed by the red Scousers last night.

It makes me sick to the stomach when i see such events like this happen.

I feel for his family. RIP.
