Yes yes, i know, Ben Arfa and Benzema have the potential to become world class and will try to fill the holes left by their stars of last season, but still, they won't be anywhere near as strong as they were last season. Benzema and Ben Arfa are teenagers, it will be some years before they reach the level of players like Malouda.

I actually think Ben Arfa will turn out to be a better player than Malouda.

They have some injuries which is really hurting them at the moment espically missing Cris, Juninho & Coupet (there other keeper is usless) so they might improve a bit when they get back.

A tricky group for us I fear, Porto have won their laegu the last 2 years, Marseille have improved alot even though they sold Ribery and signed two of our rejects in Cisse and Zenden. Besiktas should be a breeze.

Easy group for Man Utd except for Roma, I expect both of them to go through.

Potentially a tricky group for Chelsea, Valencia have started their La Liga season terribly though. Schalke 04 could cause problems but I doubt Rosenborg will be.

A laughably easy group for Arsenal, if they don't top that I give up.

Lyon will come back but it takes time for the young players to be at the top and have some experiences because they have not played many european matchs, it's not the same than the matchs of Ligue 1.

Arsenal will walk their group.

Liverpool should find their's easy as well with their new signings.

Milan wont have many problems with their group.

Group C will be an interesting one...

AC MILAN
Celtic

Group E
BARCELONA

Group F
Manchester United

So, mostly the favourites. Some 4th teams that i wouldn't be surprised if they did well are Shakhtar, Rangers and Besiktas.

Bit of a tricky group for us, Old foes Roma, Nani/Ronaldos old team in sporting then probably a biiter cold trip to Ukrain. We should get at least 8 points from playing sporting and Kieve. Roma will be the most difficult game, lets hope for another demolition

I think Sevilla will finish top of their group, and Valencia (my prediction to win it) might finish top, but Chelsea are good in the group stages.

Sevilla should win their group, as they are the best team in it, but it's their first time in the CL and after Puerta's death it's hard to predict how well they will do.

Didn't Besiktas only manage a 0-0 draw against Kayserispor at home yesterday?

I'm not saying 1 bad result means anything. It's just that Black Eagle made it sound like no team can handle Besiktas at home. Do you agree with that?

Don't get me wrong though, i think Besiktas does have a chance of finishing second in the group, even though i think Porto are favourites for that position.

Imo, the only 4th teams (supposedly the weakest in their group) that have a chance of qualifying from the group stages are Besiktas, Shakhtar and maybe Rangers.
