I always associated Potters Bar with Enfield - a Tottenham stronghold - kick 'em out I say back up to Barnet!

That's quite a distance to travel to get thrashed! I didn't realise women's football at Reserve/Academy level was national.

Even more of a distance: I heard on the radio this morning that Germany's women beat Argentina's 11-0....in China!

I saw the goals last night, Germany were superb. A real advert for women's football but humiliating for Argentina.

I don't know about the whole country, but Arsenal reserves play in a southern division, and Bristol Academy are the main Bristol team, who play in the Women's Premier League, just to add to the confusion. The result referred to by Conn was Arsenal Reserves against Bristol Academy reserves Rolling Eyes

I assume you mean the applause for murdered 11 year old Everton fan Rhys Jones.

A minute's applause to celebrate someone's life, rather than a minute's silence, is becoming more commonplace over here.

These are from the old and demolished stadium of Independiente. Were taken from the last match before demolition.
Now Independiente play as local in the stadium of Racing Club (the opposite) which is one block further from the old stadium.
