Trundle? Hes out of his depth in the Champsionship soon as defenders get him on his right foot hes hopeless.

I'd say Chris Brunt or Marlon King.

After his double against the Canaries last night some might agree with you? Wink

Yeh Trundle will take time to settle in. It is a step up from playing for the Jacks, but he is a decent player. I dont think he would make it in the Premiership.

Has to be Andy Reid. I was desperate for the Royals to take a look at him in the Summer as he is a very good Midfielder indeed.

Far and away the best in the Championship i think.

Although i'm an Admirer of Brunt and the legendary Jamie Cureton.

Andy reid should be playing in the Premiership. Cant believe Beattie is not there either to be honest, good signing for Sheff U at this level.

Yep I'm not the biggest fan of Beattie to be honest - there is an air of arrogance about him, that if he was as good as Cantona for example I would let go. But he isn't. So I don't.

I agree with the Andy Reid point, but I think he'd need to loose a few pounds and be consistent this season for a Premiership club to take him on.

I wasn't a fan of Beattie when he was at Goodison but he's perhaps found his level in the Championship and has started well.

my fav Championship player is David Carney of Sheff U.

Best player is probably Reid or maybe Cureton or Fowler.

Yes Reid had a blinder the other night for the Irish - was playing some perfectly weighted defence-splitting passed, and spraying the ball about very nicely indeed.

How has he been getting on at Charlton this season?
