Rafas rotation policy |

personally i dont think so a team needs to gel together so they can get good combinations. they dont just happen over night
i think he mainly keep his best team on the park and rest maybe one or two players not like 5 each game. neways what are your views aidos |

they hav too many players to not rotate them .. that would be a waste of their money its a smart and tactical policy aidan you cant just rely on 11 players to perform at their best week in week out. think about what your saying.. "gel together" what do you think they do at training .. sit on their bumsm drink tea and talk about what there doing on the weekend?

nice poll but use the rotation policy thread, you know where it is you used it before. Try not to start new threads on the same topic...

No the players dont know who they will be playing with from one game to the next so how can they gel together?

If our side has always played like we have done for the past 5 or 6 performances than you may have a case. But we haven't. If we can play brilliantly in periods then it can't be down to 'gelling' - the players just have to perform consistantly.

I'm 50/50 with it it's good to keep players fesh and not burn them out but team chemistry isn't great with rotation.
