Is anybody planning on making the trip over to Austria and Switzerland?

me and a few mates are currently going through the process of checking out camper van prices etc to make it a proper european tour.. its looking good so far

any feedback or advice would be welcome from anybody who has done something similar

What if England don't make it? Wink

I couldn't possibly afford it, but I'd say it'd be great times.

What a brilliant idea....

Looks like a good road trip in Switzerland after watching Top Gear Sunday night.

Those views look amazing.

Steely going through the Alps in a camper van would be slightly different.

What have you got on this so far Steely? Just spoken to a mate and a couple of his mates have already arranged something like this but they have already got some tickets. The only thing is they wont know the games that theie be going to.

I'd like to see if we qualify first but do you have in regards to the camper vans etc..?

i am not getting tickets, refuse to be ripped off. just going to soak up the atmosphere and have a laugh.

we are looking at around £329 each (between 4 of us) for the camper van that includes plug sockets (for the playstation) a colour tv, fridge, cooker and a shower. its more of a winnibego thing. that also includes fully comp insurance for 2 drivers. im not sure if im allowed to post the link if you want it?

it dont look like a bad deal considering it has everything you could want

Good idea. Cheaper and more fun than staying in a hotel.

I might do that, but need to learn how to drive.

Or get someone else to drive it.
