Come on the Royals, we can do Arsenal! Thoroughly looking forward to my trip to Highbury next tuesday.
Tickets should arrive tomorrow after a battle to get one. Took me ages to get a ticket. I didn't get one in the forst allocation despite going to watch Reading since the age of 7 and going to places like Blackpool which is a dump. But Reading recieved an extra extra allocation of 1000 so I eventualy got one through a personal invitation from Reading FC Very Happy

I hope, that both teams will be disqualified after a boring 0-0, because nobody likes them.

Seems to be the case, but I was always under the impression whenever you have a chance to win silver, you play to win....He bring in in some of those players later on....That's why he's the coach at Reading and I'm not! Wink

Yes i agree they should have backed themselves to cause an upset and gone for the win but in not doing that they lost the game before a ball was kicked.

We didn't deserve to lose 3-0! No way! We should ahve scored a couple of goals and their third was quite unfortunate. I haven't seen highlights but at the time their first seemed way offside. The linesman was crap, in our advantage at times so i'm not making excuses but he couldn't keep up with play, just aswell Henry wasn't playing!
Arsenal didn't have their first team out but Sunderland let 3 goals in against the team Arsenal played yesterday in Sunderland so I am not disappointed.
We played extremely well at times and we really did deserve to score. We had so many chances, good chances aswell, I just think everytime we got near goal the players got to excited about scoring at Highbury as they seemed to keep rushing their shots. Some of the football we played was class but Arsenal are a bit special and how some of those players don't get into the first team I will never know. A nice little loan deal with a few would be good Wink
Arsenal are so fast and strong, one of their goals came from a Reading missed chance which just proved their class.
I can have no complaints about losing but about losing by that much I can, we really did not deserve it!
