Why only games of group D this week? |
|
I have seen that this week will be played the last games of the group D, Milan - Celtic and Shakhtar - Benfica, and the rest of the games of the other groups will be played next week. I think that I had never seen a situation like this in the Champions League, always all the games were played Tuesday and Wednesday of the same week. Does somebody know if there is any reason?

I think it's due to the fact Milan will take part to the Club World Cup that starts on December the 7th.

Tis indeed. Joke by the way but if Milan don't feel like putting in a great deal of effort, I'll be happy |

Not a complete joke. Boca Juniors and Pachuca are in it. A UEFA club has yet to win the tournament. (Real Madrid, Liverpool, and Barca). Real Madrid didn't even make it to the final. And Liverpool and Barca lost in the final to a Brazilian side. |

Yep as of today for the US and MLS section. I've got a hard task in front of me in making that section active. |

I wasn't saying the compettition was a joke. It was a joke that we have to endure a hectic few days of big matches to accomodate them |
