Paul Heckingbottom has joined Bradford City on a permanent basis from Barnsley following a loan spell at Valley Parade.
The defender spent the first half of the season with the League Two club and has now signed an 18-month contract. He has accepted a pay cut to link up with Bradford, much to the delight of Bantams manager Stuart McCall. "In this day and age, I thought he was refreshingly honest in the fact that next season he is going to be earning almost half of what he's on at the moment," McCall told the Telegraph & Argus. |
