Ideally I'd love for us to put one over on Tottenham and for Everton to send Chelsea packing.
My reason being, without a shadow of a doubt If we were to make it to the final facing Everton(no offense), as our opponents would be be considerably easier than a rematch of the same fixture which we narrowly lost last year and give our young guns the easiest possible way of succession (again no offense)
As well as the fact that I fail to see how our young players can dispatch a team full of first-team regulars, many of whom are nearing their peak, and a squad that rarely consists of any youths or reserves

[b]But That's Just My Opinion.....

I agree, I would much rather face Everton in the final over Chelsea. The plan would be to dash Ramos' dream of winning the Carling Cup.

Well everyone that settles it.

It's.......
Everton V's Spurs final because spyball100 (spyball but he forgets his password for the forum) normally gets his predictions wrong.

Personally I think this would be a better game all round really.

I'd rather it too. It'd be a nice change from the same old two..

But Chelsea absolutely love winning the Carling Cup, so you may have a task on your hands. Although if you can draw at Stamford Bridge, as you did in the league, then that is a good start.

I heard that as the kids saw off Tottenham so easily last time, Arsenal are sending out the ladies team to make it more even.
Very Happy

I honestly would prefer Chelsea in the final if we could get there, because if we win then weve won the cup. If we loose at least we can say o well it was Chelsea. If it was Everton and we loose i will get laughed at in school. If its Chelsea and we loose all the Man U fans in my school cant laugh because i will remind them about fa cup final 07

Is this prediction over one or two ties?

I didn't know that there are 2 ties, it's a prediction for the first tie. Smile

So we'd win if we won 2 - 0 at our ground...... Sounds possible to me. Wink
