We are Leeds |
Anyone been to a Leeds Ladies home match (or away) recently?
Do they sing, chant, insult the other team etc? Didnt really happen at the WWC with England, it was all very placid. Although I was with the opposition for a bit. |

Chanting singing and insult are rare at a womens footie game.
Besides some homophobic Chelsea suporters once and our resident troublemaker at Borehamwood trouble do not happen there. I have see Leeds at home last season when we played them at the mens training ground, they had a fair number of supporters. |

Of course we would. We are Leeds!

I saw leeds ladies play Blackburn in october and a few times last season am also hoping to see them tomorrow and I've not heard chanting or any insults. I tend to shout to encourage players ie come on sue, jess etc

I don't think shlj's favourite fan (or resident troublemaker, as he calls him) will travel that far
So you'll be the noisy one Apart from Byrnefan, of course |

When I saw Charlton at leeds in april there was a charlton fan with a bell like you rung at school he rang it when the team came out then when they scored !
I so want to shout come on big bird to emma but daren't as she'd hear me and not be impressed |

We have about a dozen of regular away fans for european games it goes from 1 to 50 sometimes and chanting is mainly two people at Borehamwood : one of them doing funny songs and the other one saying daft stuff sometimes. Plus our resident troublemaker who had last year an argument with some away supporters who were well upset of his antics taking the [beep!] at their players. |

Its not nice when fans do that...unless its towards Man Utd.
Nah, think I will stay quiet enough for this one. Unless Leeds score.....as a mouse. |

The bell rang out loud and clear at the Leeds game today- no chanting from from the Leeds fans but those I chatted with were both friendly and fair minded .

And a bit stunned I should think too, Pat

Im liking the sound of this bell. Reminds me of the guy who was banging a drum in the Kop for Leeds United.

The guy was there with the bell yesterday

I should have gone.

so who is the person at BW that chants AR-SEN-AL, AR-SEN-AL, on their own and with no shame.
Maria, we also have old ken the senile guy who moans at everything for 90 minutes..
If you didn't have Ken you wouldn't have entertainment in between lulls in the game
I think we stood next to Ken for most of the FA Cup against Brum City.
He had a red Arsenal jacket and cap and seemed generally disaapointed for the whole duration of the game. |
