If we advance we also have our ace in the hole. Very Happy A certain Bulgarian striker that might have something to prove to Sir Alex! What better way to impress him than scoring a winning hattrick at OT.

Whoop de do. We also meet the top four early, in both the league and FA Cup. We gave United two superb games in this competition last season and should have knocked them out in the home replay, and have taken two points of them in two seasons and narrowly beaten 3-2 with 10 men at OT in the league away game last season.

Lets see if the mostly second string lads can compete with Spurs once more next Tuesday first.

I'd love that to happen. I could probably get a ticket for that one. Either way it's a good draw for us once we get Johaldo's boys out of the way.

I'd love to see H&V and Liverpool to meet as well. It would be a fantastic occassion for everyone at H&V to enjoy.

First things first though, we gave Luton a lifeline to stay clear of administration, and now we have to put them away...

I've a feeling there could be as many non Premier sides as Premier sides in the last 16.

I'm not going to discuss the possibility of facing Man Utd until we get past Reading, if we get past them.

Ok, sod it. We're both out. Let's face it, United will beat whoever wins at the Madjeski.

No offence, 9nufc9, but you'd of had to draw League 1 (or lower) opposition all the way to Wembley for Newcastle to stand any chance of winning the competition. Laughing Then again, with the amount of 'minnows' making it through, it could have happened (Millwall anyone?)..

As for our draw, it has been an age since we've drawn a non-league team (certainly before i was following), so this will be an excellent tie. Assuming we beat Luton. It's a shame that Swansea will probably beat Havant & Waterlooville, though. Still, it's a great opportunity to make the fifth round.

Sheffield United vs. West Ham is mouthwatering - but Man City will have to fold at home for it to happen. Although aren't the Hammers very good away from home?

Manchester United vs. Tottenham would be another highlight, though Reading would give them just as good a game.

3-4 scoreline in the replay?

Probably

I just came up with a better idea. 3-3 after regulation. 4-4 after extra time. Then bring on the PK's!! Laughing
