.. in 17 games.

Quote:

Yeovil 0-2 Walsall
Walsall made it 17 games without defeat as a professional display in atrocious conditions earned them a win at Yeovil.

The Saddlers faced gale-force winds and in the first half which were so bad that one of goalkeeper Clayton Ince's clearances flew back for a corner.

With the wind behind them after the break, Walsall broke the deadlock with Scott Dann heading Richard Taundry's free-kick past Steve Mildenhall.

And in the 64th minute Alex Nicholls cut inside to fire past Mildenhall.

The winds have been bad here as well. Wouldn't be fun playing in it. Rangers game was called off tonight for weather reasons as well.

Dicky Dosh's Saddler Army Very Happy

I'm not a fan of Walsall but he was manager of the Jets in Season One of the A-League Smile Good manager, got treated roughly in my opinion.

Yeah they are certainly turning a few heads after their promotion from League 2. The benefits from the experience and prowess of Captain Tommy Mooney must be hugely beneficial.

Saw the conditions at their game at Huish park last night! Clayton Ince must have conceded 2 or three corners from boomerang like goal kicks. Madness.

Walsall undefeated..
