It finished Atleticó Madrid 1-0 Valencia, Sergio 'Kun' Aguero scored the only goal in the first half.

Yet another disappointing defeat for Valencia then, makes me laugh Laughing

Terrible mistake by Hildebrand for the goal, he was under no real pressure but just dropped the ball right to Aguero's feet. Poor game, neither team really played well but I still didnt think Valencia deserved to lose.

Another good win for Atletico though, theyre definitely going to be challenging for a Champions League spot. Looks like Maniche is off to Inter Milan though so Id imagine they'll need a replacement for him

Yeah Maniche will be a big loss for them, dont know if they have anyone in mind though, well not publicly anyway.

I loved mit when the Atleticó crowd cheered Hildebrand for not dropping the ball, sarcastic applause is always brilliant Laughing

Well it certaianly appears hes having no picnic atm. I find it strange how so many good players are playing so far below their skill level, i dont think anyone could make them into a team again, except mourinho maybe....

I have no sympathy for them anyway, Flores was a quality coach and if the board just left him to do his job and gave him support then the team would more than likely be near the top right now. Theyve got a really good squad when everyone's fit but the whole club is in a mess at the moment and sacking the clubs most loyal players a few weeks ago was hardly the best way for a new manager to get some spirit into his team
