I am looking for more budding journalists for the newsletter.
Write your football related article and send it to me via PM.

It can now be up to 300 words......but no less than 200.
Once received, the Elite Mods will vote for the best of the bunch - and this will be placed on the Newsletter!

I've written one and sent it in already.

But the word limit was much lower?

Does this mean i have to write another one?

See PM Floody...

Football.co.uk are releasing a monthly newsletter. The first one will be sent out shortly - as soon as I have completed it.

I want to include you guys - the members - as much as possible, which is why Im giving you the opportunity to write an article each month.

So basically I want a football related article written. Some ideas for a subject would be:

An Article about Grass Roots football
Referees
The Title Race
The Relegation Battle
The Transfer Window
Or something of your choice...

Try to steer clear of anything to do with Newcastle United, as I have already added a feature regarding Kevin Keegan.

As i did originally!

How many member articles do you think will be included each month? As if it is just one, competing with the likes of Steely will be extremely difficult for someone my age Lol!

I'm writing mine as we speak. Bit of a different topic that may differ from the usual.

I'm not one for writing articles - more for just rambling on about nothing really. But - just to prompt anyone who may not have noticed, it will be the 50th anniversary of the Munich crash which killed so many Man Utd players (and others) on Feb 6th. There must be an article there.

Although I'm almost certainly one of the very few here that actually remembers it happening - and before the comments - I was only a kid at the time Wink

Give it a blast mate. I'd rather be reading an article on the SPL anyway. Just don't make it biased Wink

I'm a little annoyed now. My article will now be very out dated.
